Program Note: My intention in writing these pieces was to write what are essentially three 4-5 minute instrumental rock songs that can also function as a three movement piece in the fast-slow-fast classical paradigm. The piano tends to function in a sort of drum set role, albeit drums that can also carry the harmony.
